Much of the food you eat here is wood grilled. Everything is prepared over burning woods, for an intense grill experience. Dishes are often simple and contain few components, but chef Arguinzoniz often manages to make them very compelling.
We went for the Tasting Menu for our lunch here (same menu at dinner) consisting of;
- Cream of red beans
- Buffalo mozzarella
- Salt cured anchovy
- Oyster
- Palamos prawns
- Mushrooms
- Egg yolk and white truffle
- Red mullet
- Beef chop
- Reduced milk ice-cream
- Toast and chocolate
