As the first of the 2015 Guide Michelin announcements, the Great Britain’s and Ireland’s restaurants were publicized as of September 25 (2014).
There were no changes in the three- and two stars segments.
However, another 14 restaurants were granted with their first star (six of those in London). Restaurants which lost their one star include Nobu, Nobu Berkeley Street and Chelsea’s Medlar.
